It goes without saying that my recent service done at your facility was the most courteous and professional of any service facility that I’ve had my Tiffin Coach serviced at. I would like to extend a job well done to Jack Bogardus & Brian Yoder, who both kept in contact and filled me in on the service as it was progressing. Having these two individuals is a definite asset to your firm and should be recognized as such.

I am writing to express how satisfied my wife and I were with our recent experience with Charlotte RV Service. Specifically, we were very impressed with Lenny Leaonard and Brian Yoder.

We showed up several weeks ago with a long list of problems that had not been properly handled by other RV repair facilities. We discussed the list with Mr. Leaonard and Mr. Yoder. I am happy to say that Mr. Leaonard and Mr. Yoder have addressed each of our problems with the motor home.

I will not go into detail about all the problems. That would simply be too tedious. However, I do want to acknowledge that both these men kept us informed about the progress being made. The cost estimate for the repairs was not exceeded, and the motor home had been cleaned for us the day we picked it up. We are left with nothing to complain about.

The ability to talk to the managers overseeing the repairs was the key to getting our motor home repaired. In the past, we have had to deal with the service writer and hope that he/she accurately communicated with the people that would actually be working on the motor home. Sadly, this was never the case. You can be sure we will recommend Charlotte RV service to any of our friends looking for RV repairs.

I knew from day one when I came in with my daughter you were sincere when you told us you would help me.

In today’s world not many people really care anymore. Its all about the money. You are definitely “different” and I want you to know how much I appreciate your help. I will never forget the confidence you tried to instill in me that we would “get er done”

I must admit, I never expected the level of customer service I received from not only Progressive Insurance but also Charlotte RV and Marine, the service center that was recommended by Progressive. I picked up my boat, paid my $500.00 deductible and it did take a long test run to insure my satisfaction with the repairs. I can’t say enough about the service i received from Charlotte RV and Marine. They were fast, professional and kept me informed every step of the way including notification anytime my boat even went from one of their service stations o the other. Cutos to you both and a well deserved Thank You!

We want to tell you of the great complements we have received regarding the work which you and your people did, both body work and engine work. the folks @ MarineMax thought we had purchased a new boat and David(my brother) informs me that he believes the engine has never run better then it is running now.

Unfortunately I had to return to Louisiana the same day you delivered the boat back to Marine Max.

My wife Lyn and I would like to thank you and your fine employees especially Brian Yoder. On 23 December we were going to Mississippi to see our daughter for Christmas when our motor home broke down, we are from Virginia 23223. We were towed to your facility and were told that we would be notified Tuesday about our vehicle. Brian kept in touch with us during the next 5 days. On Thursday we picked up our vehicle and came to Richmond, no problems. You should be very proud to have him working for you, tell him THANK YOU for a job well done.
